Parati Yoga & Wellness is all about creating a space where everyone can find peace, rejuvenation, and a path to self-care. Their holistic approach combines yoga, meditation, wellness retreats, and self-care practices to help you reconnect with yourself in supportive, welcoming environments.

Shelley Cormier and her team are dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Rooted in their core belief—"Do It For You!"—the Parati team encourages you to prioritize your wellness, both on and off the mat. Whether through enriching workshops, tranquil retreats, or mental health-focused offerings, their goal is to help you nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

At the heart of Parati Yoga & Wellness is the belief that self-care is essential for healing. Life’s demands can sometimes take over, leaving little room for personal well-being, especially when mental health is involved. That’s why they’ve created spaces where you can pause, breathe, and focus on yourself—because every step of your wellness journey should be for you.

Three Oms Yoga offers personalized, evidence-informed yoga therapy designed to support individuals on their unique path to health and well-being. Rooted in the principles of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), yoga therapy at Three Oms Yoga is more than just a physical practice—it is a holistic approach that adapts the tools of yoga to meet each person’s specific health concerns, life stage, and personal goals.

Unlike traditional yoga classes, yoga therapy is typically offered in one-on-one sessions or small therapeutic groups to ensure safety, comfort, and effectiveness. This approach is especially beneficial for individuals managing conditions such as chronic pain, stress, insomnia, injury recovery, or major life transitions. Sessions are led by a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), who has undergone extensive training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and the therapeutic application of yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and philosophy. This advanced knowledge allows them to safely and effectively tailor practices to support clients across a wide range of needs.

Three Oms Yoga is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals can experience the healing potential of yoga in a way that honours their story, their needs, and their direction.
