I am a provisional psychologist with a deep passion for helping people of all ages uncover their inner strength and navigate life’s complexities. My journey has been shaped by a profound belief in the power of connection, understanding, and growth. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, my diverse educational background has equipped me with a unique perspective on human development, learning, and emotional well-being.

My areas of focus include supporting clients dealing with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and attachment-related challenges. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, narrative therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and attachment science. At the heart of my practice is a belief in the uniqueness of each person’s story, and I tailor every session to honour that.

In addition to my clinical training, I bring years of experience as a secondary school teacher, working with students in grades 7-12. Those years gave me a firsthand understanding of the joys and struggles young people face and insight into how school systems impact their well-being. I am passionate about helping children and teens navigate challenges, empowering them to advocate for themselves, and experience a sense of belonging and connection in all areas of their lives.

I believe in creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and truly heard—a place free of judgment where they can explore their emotions, challenges, and dreams. My goal is to help you reconnect with the incredible power you already have within you, to walk alongside you toward understanding yourself on a deeper level, and to support you in fostering stronger connections with the important people in your life.

You are the expert in your own story, and I am here to journey with you as you find healing and rediscover the hope and strength that have always been part of you. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am here to provide a compassionate and collaborative space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”
