As a Registered Clinical Social Worker, Danielle believes that healing begins with relationships—those we nurture with ourselves, our loved ones, and the communities around us. With over a decade of experience in diverse settings, including schools, housing and addiction services, mental health prevention, crisis intervention, and victim support, Danielle has developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face throughout their lives. Her practice is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a thoughtful awareness of the complex systems within our world that impact well-being.

Danielle supports individuals navigating a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, stress, and relationship difficulties. The day will involve multiple activities that introduce new relaxation/self-regulation techniques - led by Jenn while Danielle and Karly therapeutically support as needed. Sessions will end with a takeaway from the sessions learning and intention setting.

This program is facilitated by Danielle Bussiere, with the assistance of Karly Melnyk and Jenn Clara. Sessions are held on a 1-day weekend (April 12th). Direct billing to Blue Cross and select other benefit plans is available.
