A 1-day intensive parenting series for anyone wanting to learn more about how to support their child’s healthy social emotional development.

We will focus on the foundational science behind regulation, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, as well as how to build healthy, safe, and connected relationships within your family. We will also explore self-care and coping skills for your own emotional well-being.

  • Whether you are struggling with your child’s behaviour or just wanting to learn more about responsive and effective parenting, this group is for you! We welcome you to join a network of parents being supported in their caregiver experience.

  • The cost is $80 per hour (standard group therapy rate), and can be delivered either as a 4-hour workshop or as 1-hour weekly sessions over the course of a month

  • Group dates are scheduled once there are at least 6 parents prepared to register. Please complete our group inquiry form if you want to be added to the list!
