
A group therapy program for teens focusing on resilience building, emotional regulation, and reconnection with mind, body, and spirit.

Builds coping skills and individual strengths to manage social, emotional, and academic stressors. This group engages in a variety of activities including meditation, yoga, art, music, and writing.

Topics covered include: emotional regulation strategies, managing stress and anxiety, building self-esteem and confidence, developing tools for self exploration and reflection, and creating healthy relationships with peers.

Involves multiple activities that introduce new relaxation/self-regulation techniques, with therapeutic support as needed. Sessions also involve circle discussion and end with takeaways and intention setting.
