A 2-day group therapy weekend intensive for teens focusing on resilience building, emotional regulation, and reconnection with mind, body, and spirit.

  • We will build coping skills and individual strengths to manage social, emotional, and academic stressors. This group will be engaging in a variety of activities including meditation, yoga, art, music, and writing.

  • Each day covers topics related to resilience, emotional self-regulation, and reconnection to body (including exploring emotional regulation strategies, learning to manage overwhelming stress and anxiety, building up self-esteem and confidence, developing self exploration and reflection and creating healthy relationships with peers).

  • Each day will include an introduction to that days concepts and activities, the associated therapeutic learning, and circle discussion. Each day will involve multiple activities that introduce new relaxation/self-regulation techniques - led by Jenn while Danielle therapeutically supports as needed. Sessions will end with a takeaway from the sessions learning and intention setting.

  • This program is facilitated by Danielle Bussiere, with the assistance of Jenn Clara. Sessions are held over a 2-day weekend (TBD). The cost is $390 and is equal to six 1-hr sessions and direct billing to Blue Cross and select other benefit plans is available.
