A group therapy program for teens focusing on resilience building, emotional regulation, and reconnection with mind, body, and spirit.

  • Builds coping skills and individual strengths to manage social, emotional, and academic stressors. This group engages in a variety of activities including meditation, yoga, art, music, and writing.

  • Topics covered include: emotional regulation strategies, managing stress and anxiety, building self-esteem and confidence, developing tools for self exploration and reflection, and creating healthy relationships with peers.

  • Involves multiple activities that introduce new relaxation/self-regulation techniques, with therapeutic support as needed. Sessions also involve circle discussion and end with takeaways and intention setting.

  • Please complete the form if you would like more information or if you would like your teen to be added to the list for future sessions. 

  • Requires a minimum of 6 participants to run.
